Practical approach to the diagnosis of food allergy

Food allergy is a frequent pathology that may lead to confusion, misdiagnosis and therapeutic errors. As with other medical conditions, food allergy diagnosis begins with clinical history and physical examination. Patient management will be determined based on this information.1-4
